I have been a business strategy, marketing & distribution development professional for more than 3 decades. Fostering entrepreneurs & creating G2M strategies for new ventures has been a passion and that’s where I invest my spare time.
Currently, I am part of two diverse business verticals – REAL ESTATE and BIOTECH. Both the business groups aim to bring out cutting edge innovations. IMPACT!
– DELHI CONSORTIUMS is a Delhi based entity promoted by Consulting, Developer, Industrial and investment advisory companies with more than 20 years each in their respective domain. Delhi Consortiums would specifically focus on the opportunities under Delhi Master Plan 2041, as a facilitator, for all stakeholders.
– DR. KESSLER’S I2 LABS (P) LTD. is the subsidiary of I2Pure Corp, USA (https://i2pure.com/index.shtml) which is the culmination of many decades of research by Dr. Jack Kessler to bring about major breakthrough in Iodine Chemistry.
– CERTES REALTY LTD. has been consulting on urbanization, Land & Delhi NCR Master Plans since 2009 with / for policy makers, Landowners, Developers & investor community. DELHIFARMS being one of the brands that I managed then.
I have also advised multiple startups and mid-size organizations on Corporate Strategy, execution of branding, marketing & distribution development. Have also served as an Independent Director / Advisor to management teams.
Prior to 2005, I have had successful stints in organizations like Godrej & Boyce, MRF Ltd, Goodyear Tires, Ventura Logistics, BG Telecom India & Certes Realty Ltd & Longman Publishing.
I was also closely involved the with Prime Minister’s ambitious policy of ‘Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana’ (SAGY), and had developed the concept to development strategy for an adopted village in Delhi the then Member of Parliament. I have worked in tandem with policy & development planning organizations like Delhi Development Authority (DDA Delhi Urban Arts commission (DUAC), NIUA, NCRPB etc. to bring forth acquired wisdom from the shop-floor. While advising a financial services company, I have also contributed towards some tenets of the ambitious ‘Smart cities’ project.
I have always been a keen contributor in mainline media as a panelist and guest columnist. I do get invited to forums, seminars and educational institutions as a speaker & guest faculty. During my active blogging days, I’ve enjoyed the honor of more than 2 million eyeballs on my written words.
An avid outdoor person, I love contributing in small ways back to the society through philanthropic endeavors.

Never Stop Learning
“Knowledge is power”, an age-old adage that resonates through the annals of time. It’s a guiding principle that underscores the importance of continuous learning and growth. In a world that’s constantly evolving, where new discoveries are made daily and technologies advance at a rapid pace, the pursuit of knowledge becomes not just a luxury but a necessity. When it comes to acquiring expertise inthe field of Delhi Master plan, Urbanization and Green development, it’s imperative to stay evolved. Or should I say, evolve everyday.
What Molecular Iodine would deliver to the world, is an announcement a few months away. Or should I say, ‘EXPERIENCE’
But perhaps even more importantly, knowledge fosters understanding, compassion, and empathy, bridging divides and fostering a more interconnected global community. Therefore, the journey of learning should never cease. It’s a lifelong endeavor that enriches our lives, shapes our perspectives, and ultimately, empowers us to create a better world for generations to come.
